Artist's Comments
It's kind of hard to see, but these are the original diagrams for my Atlas Beetle. By that I mean this is how I folded the very first one. I'd have liked to add some details which are present in my latest versions, but to do that I'd need to redraw the last seven pages! In the final version I open-sinked the thorax horn, pleated the abdomen and thinned the legs.
